2. About us

Tivra Tech provides enterprise software development and digital services including application modernization, cloud and DevOps, data and AI integration, UI/UX engineering, quality engineering, and managed team models. Website content is informational and does not by itself form a binding services contract.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated.

4. Proposals and statements of work

Any commercial engagement is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or SLA agreed in writing. In case of conflict, the signed commercial documents control over these website terms.

6. Client materials and deliverables

Ownership of project deliverables, source code, and licences is defined in the applicable commercial agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how of Tivra Tech remain our property unless expressly assigned.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tivra Tech and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the website. Our aggregate liability related to website use is limited to INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us specifically for website access (if any), whichever is greater.
